Front license plates are a drag, literally. In the case of the 2022+ Tesla Model Y license plate, the front license plate is installed directly in the center of the vehicle. It creates wind resistance and blocks critical airflow to your radiator. With the Mishimoto License Plate Relocation Kit, we solve all these problems. —-Designed specifically for the 2022+ Tesla Model Y, our License Plate Relocation Kit is fabricated from high-strength, anodized, and powder-coated 6061 aluminum. Mounting to the OEM tow hook location allows for a direct fit while hugging the contours of your bumper for a clean, seamless installation. Additionally, moving the plate to the side and angling to follow the body lines helps reduce wind resistance and free up space in the center to allow critical airflow to reach your radiator. And, let’s be honest, it just looks better!
