  • What is your return policy?

    Return Eligibility:

    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

    Return Process:

    Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. You may be asked to provide details such as your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

    Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

    Refund or Exchange:

    Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or provide store credit, as per your preference.

     Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return

    Exceptions:

    Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or manufacturer restrictions. Please refer to product descriptions or contact our customer support team for clarification.

    Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

    Restocking Fee:

    25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
